The contents of this site (texts, photographs, videos, logos, design and code) are owned by Antonio Silvestre or used under licence, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without the owner's express authorisation is prohibited, except for content published under a CC BY 4.0 licence where expressly stated.

5. Terms of use and liability

The user agrees to make lawful use of the site. Information on prices, availability and property features is indicative and is definitively confirmed at the time of booking.

The owner is not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites (WhatsApp, Google Maps, Booking.com, Instagram), which are governed by their own terms and policies.

6. Booking conditions

Direct bookings are handled via WhatsApp or the contact details. Indicative seasonal prices: from €90/night. Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm and check-out until 11:00 am. Pets allowed on request. The specific conditions of each booking (final price, cancellation policy and deposit) are confirmed in writing before it is formalised.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, unless consumer regulations establish a different jurisdiction.
